I know nothing about NEO healers, but I Preparation H and it works well. But we have the problem, why do these outbreaks address. Because you are not drinking enough water and enough fiber in your diet so that their disposal does not come easy and enjoyable and stress free irritate or hemorrhoids. Take Metamucil twice a day and then drink a liter of water every day. This should help.
